炉身双层焗油保护： "SANYUEN"焗炉使用电解钢板炉身，在喷漆前，使用进口防高温之胶桨，将所有多余气孔位密封，进行焗油前处理后，涂一层防锈油放进焗干，最后涂上面油一次入炉房焗干。炉身表面光洁平滑，而且油漆不易脱落。
温度的准确性："SANYUEN"焗炉采用优质日本温度制和进口的电制配件，控制焗炉温度的准确性和运作的精密性。控制温度的准确度高，普通型炉±2.5℃,精密型炉±2.0℃。
全自动控制电箱：控制程序简单而周详，并设有周密的保护和安全装置。

The interior walls are made of stainless sleel. The blower and sidewall plenums are also stainless steel. Four perforated stainless shelves adjustable are included with every unif. Shelves and Racks should be conveniently arranged for your application. Removable shelves allow easier cleaning of the oven's interior.
